CANCELLATION & RETURNS

Cancellation:

You are free to cancel the product anytime when the status is “processing”. Once the status is changed to “Shipment arrival”, you will not be able to cancel the product. This is because during this time we already processed your request and transition with our vendor has happened. 

Returns :

Returns are allowed only if the product is damaged, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product should be returned within 3 days post you received the product.

  • returns are not allowed for Ornaments. 

Exchange :

Due to Covid exchange is not allowed. 

Refunds :

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refund will be processed and will be credited automatically towards your credit card or original payment method within 7 days.
